Midland Memorial Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team in Midland, Texas. This full-time position entails focusing on patient safety and providing comprehensive nursing care. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, creating care plans, and implementing nursing interventions.
The ideal candidate should possess an Associate's degree in Nursing, hold a current Texas RN license, and have relevant certifications. Competitive candidates may pursue further education support for advancing in their nursing career.
The RN, with a focus on patient safety, is required to function within the parameters of the legal scope of practice and in accordance with the federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations, and policies, procedures and guidelines of the employing health care institution or practice setting. The RN functions under their own license and assumes accountability and responsibility for quality of care provided to patients and their families according to the standards of nursing practice. The RN demonstrates responsibility for continued competence in nursing practice, and develops insight through reflection, self‑analysis, self‑care, and lifelong learning.

7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC required within 18 months of date of employment.
Early Acute Stroke recognition and treatment education.
Required to complete four (4) hours of hospital‑provided continuing education hours upon hire and annually for Total Joint and Spine. Education will focus on management/care of total hip, knee and shoulder replacement as well as elective spine surgery patients.
