Job summary

Corewell Health's Emergency Center at Taylor Hospital seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. You will provide direct patient care in a busy Level IV Trauma Center, collaborating with providers and the care team to deliver safe, evidence-based outcomes.

You bring Michigan RN licensure, BLS, ACLS/TNCC/ENPC within required timeframes, and a commitment to patient-family centered care. This full‑time role offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing Required.
• BSN required within 5 years for new grads.
• Graduates from a non-accredited school of nursing must have acute care experience or two years in licensed health care and must pass NCLEX.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required.
• BLS Certification required upon hire/transfer from applicable organizations.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire/transfer, TNCC within 1 year, ENPC within 15 months.
• Specialty Certification highly recommended within 2 years.
• Prefer RN experience; new graduates may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge.
• Collaborate with Nurse Leader and care teams to plan patient/family‑centered care and educate patients and families; document education in the health record.
