Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited school of nursing (upon hire).
• BSN required: ADN hires must obtain BSN within five years of start and enroll within two years.
• Registered Nurse license in KY upon hire.
• CPR certification upon hire.
• ACLS within 90 days.
• PALS within 6 months.
• TNCC within 12 months.

Responsabilités

• Assesses patient conditions and determines need for standard, urgent, or emergent interventions.
• Implements and coordinates plan of care with patient education and discharge planning.
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments per policies.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Evaluates progress towards patient outcomes and adjusts care as needed.
• Maintains patient autonomy, dignity and rights in all care activities.

This position is eligible for up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus AND up to $24,000 Student Loan Assistance.

• Assumes responsibility for acquiring knowledge and skills necessary for patient care in the identified practice setting.
• Performs assessment and analyzes patient problems and conditions using critical thinking skills to determine need for standard, urgent or emergent interventions.
• Implements and/or modifies plan of care using assessment data, standards of care and evidence based practice inclusive of nursing care coordination, appropriate patient and family education, and discharge planning. Facilitates interdisciplinary partnership in patient care.
• Integrates ethical provisions in nursing practice and delivers care in a manner that preserves and protects patient autonomy, dignity and rights.
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures.

• BSN Requirement: Effective 04/01/2026, all ADN prepared RN hires are required to obtain their BSN degree within five (5) years of their start date. Individuals must enroll in and begin participating in a BSN program within two (2) years of their start date.
• Registered Nurse: KY, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days and
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 - months and
• Trauma Nurse Core Course, within 12 - months and

Preferred

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program, upon hire

Pay Range

$30.00 - $43.50 /hour
