Responsibilities

• Work closely with Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure top-tier resident care
• Uphold and enforce facility regulations, ensuring high service standards
• Support nursing staff by clarifying roles and responsibilities
• Represent the facility during surveys, highlighting quality commitments
• Conduct regular rounds and ensure compliance with nursing protocols
• Address and resolve personnel concerns with professionalism and care
