Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care with respect for each patient and family.
• BLS certification and RN licensure in New Jersey are required.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with patients and families to provide care per nursing process.
• Partners with patients and families to identify learning needs and plan education.
• Uses health information systems to monitor care outcomes and support decision making.
