Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Knowledge of patient-and-family-centered care and cultural awareness.
• Effective communication and delegation to other team members.
• Ability to assess patients and develop care plans.
• Knowledge of medication administration and discharge planning.
• Proficient health information documentation.
• BLS certification by American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• RN license NJ
