Job summary

Bartholomew Health Care Group Inc. in Mountainside, NJ is hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for Mountainside Nursing Home to deliver outstanding resident care with dignity and respect.

The RN will perform assessments, administer medications, develop care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes. A NJ RNlicense, a BSN or related degree, and at least one year of RN experience are required. Competitive hourly compensation starts at $45/hr.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and policies
• Conduct initial patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and document patient progress
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Education
