Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting diversity
• Coordinate care through interdisciplinary communication and documentation
• Support performance improvement and shared governance across the care team
• Promote evidence-based practice and nursing research to enhance outcomes
• Ensure compliance with system policies and professional standards
