Job summary

Wellstar Health System invites experienced Registered Nurses to join our care teams in Georgia. You will collaborate with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or diploma in nursing; bachelor's preferred.
• All nursing certifications required at hire.
• RN license with multi-state or single-state eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and coordinate nursing care plans.
• Advocate for patients and families; ensure safety and quality of care.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and maintain professional standards.
• Maintain licensure and certifications; participate in training and professional growth.
• Support governance and mentor other nurses; assist with recruitment and onboarding.
• Perform other duties as assigned; adhere to hospital policies.
