Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
• Document care accurately and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Support patient and family education and advocacy throughout the care continuum.
