Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
• RN license required per Florida regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document accurate initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Supervise nursing personnel and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Provide patient and family education about the care plan, medications, and procedures.
