Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical competency assessment and training for staff.
• Provide education on clinical skills, critical thinking, and communication.
• Participate in interview/selection of clinical staff.
• Conduct orientation and ongoing competency assessments.
• Oversee preceptor program and training sessions.
• Maintain infection control and safety procedures in training.
• Liaise with DHS and unit managers on learning needs.
