• Coordinate services across Riverside Health System and community.
• Participate in budget planning and resource allocation.
• Create an environment that leads a competent, professional care team.
• Monitor clinical activities to identify risks and opportunities for learning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards and patient safety.
