Qualifications

The Educator serves as a consultant, change agent, and facilitator in assessing learning needs and in planning, implementing, and evaluating educational activities for the staff and patients of the assigned areas with a core focus on facility and associated departments. The Educator plans and implements teaching strategies for all levels of facility personnel. As a Clinical Expert, the Educator must demonstrate knowledge of the participant's readiness to learn and ensure the provision of competent services in the provision of a comprehensive range of services in accordance with standards of excellence, age-specific and cultural sensitivity established by Riverside Health System and facility goals and strategic plans. Performs other duties as assigned. Must be available to educate staff on all shifts as needed. Must exhibit flexibility to cover unit as needed to care for patients.What you will doAssists with the development, maintenance and systemization of policies, procedures, care and services provided. Effectively coordinates and integrates services throughout RHS and the community.
