An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to step into an Emergency Department Educator role at a respected Southern California community hospital. The Emergency Department Educator will join a 200+ bed community hospital with a strong commitment to nursing excellence and professional development. The ED Educator will develop and deliver education for clinical and non-clinical staff across the hospital. Responsibilities include creating policies and procedures, introducing new equipment and processes, completing competency validations, and onboarding new employees. This leader will also coordinate programs such as Nurse Residency, Preceptor Workshops, CNA Workshops, and critical care education.

Working closely with clinical departments and hospital leadership, the Emergency Department Educator will identify educational needs and coordinate projects that strengthen staff performance and patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of adult learning principles, and a passion for professional growth.
