Coronaregional is seeking an experienced Educator for the Emergency Department at Corona Regional Medical Center. This full-time position involves high-quality education for clinical and non-clinical staff, policy development, and competency validation.
The ideal candidate will possess a BSN, with a Master's Degree preferred, and have significant experience in nursing and education. The role includes employee training programs and coordination with various clinical departments.
Educator - Emergency Department (ED)
Full-time, Day position located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA
ED Educator works with the team to provide high quality and evidence-based practice to all clinical and non‑clinical staff at Corona Regional Medical Center. This role includes policy and procedure development, implementation of new skills, equipment, and processes. Competency validation completion for all disciplines. Onboarding new team members in all areas. Conducts training for Nurse Residency, Preceptor Workshop, CNA Workshops, Critical Care Orientation Series and ICU/SD New to Specialty Programs. Educator attends Departmental meetings as needed. Coordinates with various clinical departments and manages projects as needed.
