Jobot is seeking an experienced RN instructor to lead classroom teaching and hands-on nursing labs on our Bridgeport, CT campus. This role focuses on mentoring students, connecting theory to practice, and promoting a calm, organized learning environment.

Qualifications

• Active CT RN license required.
• 4+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• BSN nursing degree required.

Responsibilities

• Teach nursing topics in classroom settings.
• Lead skills lab sessions including vitals, med pass, and wound care.
• Mentor students and provide one-on-one guidance.
• Grade papers and prepare students for clinicals.
• Ensure smooth daily schedule from 7:30 to 4:00.
