Job summary

The Full-Time role includes a 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift. The ideal candidate holds an RN license, has long-term care experience, and a Train-the-Trainer certification or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of long-term care experience.
• State-approved Train-the-Trainer certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom instruction and hands‑on clinical training for CNA students
• Prepare students for state certification and competency examinations
• Monitor student progress and provide guidance, coaching, and remediation as needed
• Maintain accurate attendance, skills checklists, grades, and training records
• Ensure the Nurse Aide Training Program remains compliant with state and federal regulations
• Coordinate testing registration, program documentation, and regulatory reporting
• Update curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials to support student success
• Collaborate with facility leadership to promote excellence in resident care and staff development
