Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification.

- Preferred experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.

- Basic EHR/documentation skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Provide care according to individualized resident care plans.
- Assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and vital signs.
- Maintain resident dignity, safety, and comfort.
- Perform routine rounds, repositioning, and skin care.
- Document care accurately and communicate changes to licensed staff.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
