Job summary

You will foster professional growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate documentation while collaborating with clinical leaders to translate knowledge into practice across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required; three years of related work experience preferred.
• Associate degree in Nursing with additional qualifying experience may substitute for two years of experience.
• Registered Nurse in WA upon hire and Basic Life Support (CPR) within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Designs, organizes, implements, and evaluates educational programs, orientations, and continuing education.
• Facilitates professional growth, skill development, and competency of staff to support mission, vision, values, and goals.
• Collaborates with VMFH personnel to transfer classroom knowledge to workplace behaviors and verify training and competency.
