Job summary

Kettering Health Hamilton is seeking an RN Professional Development Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate education programs that enhance clinical nursing practice. You will collaborate with nursing leadership to assess learning needs, promote evidence-based care, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required BSN and three years of clinical nursing experience; Ohio RN license with BLS; MSN within four years. Preference for NPD certification and LMS experience.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN/related master's within 4 years of hire.
• Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience.
• RN license in Ohio with BLS; NPD certification within 2 years of hire if not held at start.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff.
