Medical City Decatur is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department in a Seasonal PRN role. You will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and the care team.

This Nights position offers shifts with a minimum 72 hours per pay period, requires four weekend shifts every four weeks, and runs Sept 20, 2026 to Apr 3, 2027. Pay is $62 per hour plus differentials, with benefits eligibility as outlined.

Qualifikationen

• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• RN: Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree required

Aufgaben

• Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team
• Assesses patient's pain regularly and performs timely reassessment
• Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record
• Educates patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications and follow-up measures
• Seasonal staff may float to another facility within geographic area as needed
