Job summary

Vitruvian Health in Dalton, GA is seeking a licensed RN for the Emergency Department on a part-time, PRN basis under the direction of the Clinical Manager. The role focuses on compassionate care for patients across the lifespan in a busy ED.

Required are Georgia RN licensure, BLS CPR, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. ACLS/PALS and TNCC are preferred, with at least one year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• Current RN License in the State of Georgia or valid temporary permit; American Heart Association BLS CPR required.
• ACLS, PALS, Basic Arrhythmia, Moderate/Deep Sedation and TNCC preferred.
• One year of experience in an acute health care setting preferred.
• Nursing skills as defined in the Law Governing the Practice of Nursing in Georgia.

Responsibilities

Required to work flexible schedule including weekends. Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time. Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 50 pounds. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
