Vitruvian Health seeks an RN for Cardiac/Telemetry on a full-time night shift in Dalton, GA. The role provides direct patient care across adult, geriatric, pediatric, and adolescent populations using the nursing process. Required are a Georgia RN license, BLS CPR, and ACLS within one year. Modular education and PI study involvement are encouraged as part of ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• Current RN License in Georgia with verification.
• BLS CPR required.
• ACLS certification within one year.
• Participation in PI Study and Inservice Program is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).

Demonstrates professional growth and development by assuming Shift Leader responsibilities as requested and/or in preparation for advancement to Level II or Level III. Successful ACLS certification within one year.**PHYSICAL, MENTAL, ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS**Works in typical acute health care setting with pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients experiencing a wide range of medical and/or surgical problems. Required to work flexible schedule including weekends. Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time. Occasionally lifts and carries items up to 50 pounds. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Requires working under stressful conditions.
