Guttenberg Municipal Hospital & Clinics is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department and Patient Care Unit in Guttenberg, Iowa. This onsite role offers the chance to impact patient care directly within a collaborative team focused on safety and excellence.

You will provide nursing care across age groups, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and maintain current licensure with BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certifications, while competing for a rewarding schedule with a pay range of $30.93–$46.40

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited RN program.
• Maintain current Iowa Board of Nursing license and CEU requirements.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in ED/PCU using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure safe, empathetic care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing practice and certifications; support patient families.
