Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington in Missouri is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department. This part-time role covers 24 hours per week, with a night shift from 6:30pm to 7:00am.

You will provide patient-centered care using the nursing process, coordinate with teammates, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, tuition reimbursement, day-one benefits, and a competitive shift differential.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (or compact license)
• Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs regularly
• ACLS and BLS certifications (or within 30 days) plus unit-specific certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process and maintain accountability for patient care
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and team members
• Protect patient rights and confidentiality of information
• Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by direct care staff
