Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking an RN for the Emergency Department on a full-time basis (36 hrs/week) with shift 9am-9:30pm. The role offers a SIGN-ON BONUS up to $20,000 for experienced nurses and a comprehensive benefits package starting Day One.

Join a dedicated team with nurse-to-patient ratio 1:4, ACLS/BLS certifications, and weekend differentials. Must live within 45 minutes of the hospital.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (or compact license).
• Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (or within 30 days), plus unit-specific certifications
• Must Live within 45 mins of Mercy Hospital Washington

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Supports by nursing team, patient care techs, and providers to ensure high-quality care.
