Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ED Observation Unit in Winston-Salem, NC. This full-time role involves coordinating comprehensive patient care and applying evidence-based practices in a fast-paced environment.

Requires an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months of hire. Two years of RN experience is preferred. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe care in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum using evidence-based practice and clear communication.
