Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health – Irving, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The role requires a minimum of 1 year ED experience; schedule is Afternoon Shift, 3pm–3am; a $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• RN with a minimum of 1 year ED experience.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program; RN license.
• ENPC and TNCC credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care and documentation for ED patients with varied complaints.
• Triage of patients and assignment to Express care/fast track as appropriate.
• Staff rotate to areas based on experience and training; uphold evidence-based practice.
