Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lake Pointe in Rowlett, TX is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. Join a Level 3 trauma center with about 100 patients per day and 20–30 EMS arrivals daily.

This FT Night shift offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates with at least 2 years of ED RN experience. Expect collaborative care, strong teamwork, and opportunities to grow within a large health system.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of true, recent Emergency Department RN experience.
• RN license in good standing with Texas.
• BLS certification completed or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• TNCC and ENPC certifications or willingness to obtain within 18 months.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population.
• Assess, monitor and treat patients across pediatric to geriatric care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
