Job summary

Enloe Medical Center, a Level II Trauma Center located in Northern California, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The role includes providing patient care in the ED and in the field, prioritizing patient needs, and coordinating with the care team per the medical plan.

Minimum qualifications include Basic Arrhythmia knowledge; California RN licensure; and certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and ENPC/TNCC with NIHSS optionally pursued. A sign-on bonus up to $3,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Basic Arrhythmia or equivalent within one year of hire.
• Desired: Previous ED or Critical Care experience.
• One year of acute nursing experience.
• Previous experience as an RN in an Emergency Department.
• Previous Paramedic, ED Triage Tech, EMT, ED Tech or Lift Tech experience.
• Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Emergency Department and in the field as needed.
• Prioritize patient needs and coordinate care per the medical plan.
• Collaborate with other members of the patient care team to ensure quality outcomes.
