Job summary

AdventHealth in Ocala, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care on a full-time basis. You will follow infection prevention protocols, develop care plans, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe medication administration and excellent patient experience.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, an Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), and BLS certification. Additional certifications (PALS/NRP) are a plus.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse license required in Florida.
Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
BLS certification required; PALS/NRP preferred.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Follow infection prevention protocols and medication safety standards.
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans and goals.
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and document in EMR.
Ensure high-quality patient experience through communication and rounding.
