Qualifications
- RN with Associate's degree is required.
- Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
- Experience in a clinical setting and critical care skills preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments per prescribed orders.
- Document care activities accurately in EMR.
- Monitor patient responses and adjust plans as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Provide patient and family education on conditions and treatments.
