Qualifications

• RN with license in New Hampshire.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required by American Heart Association or equivalent.
• Management of Aggressive Behavior Part 1 and 2 within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Screens and schedules clients.
• Gathers data through history taking and biopsychosocial assessment.
• Develops and revises plan of care; documents outcomes.
• Educates patients and families about treatment and plan of care.
• Prepares patients to manage care after discharge.
