Known for outstanding clinical care, the hospital offers a broad range of medical and surgical services, including organ transplantation, oncology, orthopedic surgery, and blood and bone marrow transplantation.
Join the fast-paced Definitive Observation Unit (DOU) as a Registered Nurse. This 38-bed, stepdown-level unit provides care for postoperative spine surgery patients, higher-acuity medical-surgical patients, and stroke and neurology patients. Nurse-to-patient ratios are typically 1:3 or 1:4, based on patient acuity.
As a Definitive Observation RN, you will:
The DOU features primarily private patient rooms, many with views of the Pacific Ocean and Torrey Pines Golf Course. You will join a supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional care for patients with complex and evolving clinical needs.
Minimum Rate (USD): 59.16 - Maximum Rate (USD): 85.68
