Advena Living seeks an experienced RN Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee and lead the nursing department. You will ensure high-quality care, manage nursing staff, and maintain compliance with all regulations, making a meaningful impact on residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas state license as a Registered Nurse or a Nurse Compact License.
• Knowledge of state and local regulations regarding long term care.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications preferred.
