Avir Health Group is seeking a qualified Director of Nursing (DON) to join our family focused team. We are searching for a licensed DON who is resident and family focused, a team builder, and excited about leading a high‑performing nursing program.

As the DON, you will oversee the facility's clinical management, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor nursing staff, and uphold quality patient care. This is an on‑site role with benefits and opportunities to shape a compassionate, compliant care

Qualifications

• Valid Texas RN License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
• Knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the facility's clinical management and operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and standards.
