Jefferson Health is seeking an ICU Float Pool RN to support the Division Resource in Center City. The role requires night shifts with rotating 12-hour shifts, plus four weekend shifts every six weeks and one holiday per season.

Responsibilities include performing nursing procedures, safely administering medications, and coordinating care across ICUs at Jefferson University Hospital, TJU, and Methodist Hospital.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and valid RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience.
• Proof of completed ECCO course or critical care training.

Responsabilités

• Performs patient procedures within the nursing scope of practice.
• Administers medications safely and monitors patient responses.
• Participates in reviewing and/or implementing clinical pathways and care coordination.
• Float to Intensive Care Units as assigned across connected facilities.
