Job summary

Jefferson Health in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Critical Care/Stepdown RN for the Float Pool, working on a per diem basis. The RN will be responsible for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and developing nursing plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Applicants should possess an accredited nursing diploma, active RN license in Pennsylvania or New Jersey, and a commitment to continuous learning. A BSN is preferred. The position offers flexible hours with a focus on team collaboration and quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • 1 year of experience as an RN in an acute care setting strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of medications used to treat patients.
