Job summary

Northeast Arc Clinical Services seeks a Division Director, Clinical Services (RN) to lead day-to-day clinical operations, ensure safe, high-quality patient care, and maintain compliance with CMS and other regulatory standards. The role is a strategic senior leader reporting to the executive team and guiding program design and budget development.

The successful candidate will oversee Clinical Managers, Schedulers and budgets, collaborate with Commonwealth and private partners, and engage families

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Current RN licensure in Massachusetts required.
• Experience in providing clinical home health care is required (8–10 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical operations for safe, high-quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with CMS Conditions of Participation and regulatory standards.
• Develop policy and budget strategies for the division.
• Supervise Clinical Managers and Schedulers.
• Negotiate budgets and contracts with funding sources.
• Collaborate with executive leadership as an active senior leader.
• Build relationships with funding sources, families, and interagency partners.
• Strategic planning across multi-year horizons.
