Clinical Management Consultants seeks an RN Director of Quality for a respected acute care hospital in southern New Mexico. This leadership role directs quality management and performance improvement across inpatient and outpatient services to advance patient safety and outcomes.

You will collaborate with nursing leaders, physicians, infection prevention, and risk management to implement data-driven improvements, coordinate accreditation readiness, and educate staff on best practices.
