Shiner Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing services, guide staff with compassion, and maintain clinical excellence for residents. The DON will oversee compliance with all applicable guidelines and ensure high-quality care across the facility.

The role includes managing recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, payroll oversight, and care-plan development in collaboration with physicians.

Qualifications

• RN license and compassionate leadership required.
• Proven leadership in long-term care or geriatrics.

Responsibilities

Your Impact as Director of Nursing

In this role, you will:
