Job summary

Advena Living in Wichita, KS, seeks an experienced RN Director of Nursing to lead the nursing department and uphold high‑quality, compassionate care for residents. You will guide clinical operations, develop staff, and ensure compliance with regulations.

You’ll recruit and mentor the nursing team, oversee staffing and systems, and work with facility leaders to improve outcomes while maintaining compliance and quality care standards.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Kansas RN license or multistate license.
• Long-term care leadership experience and knowledge of applicable regulations.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and team-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications preferred.
