Job summary

Greenbrier Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead the nursing team. The role will oversee clinical services, supervise nursing staff, and manage day-to-day operations in a 167-bed long-term care facility in Parma Heights, OH.

Requirements include an active RN license, 5 years of clinical management experience in long-term care, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• 5 years clinical management experience, preferably in long term care.
• Prior DON experience preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, laws and guidelines for long-term care administration.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
