Ernest Health, Inc. seeks a Director of Compliance for Central California Rehabilitation Hospital in Bakersfield. Lead Infection Prevention/Control, Medical Staff Services, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, and Quality Improvement with clinical acumen.

You must hold an active RN license in the employment state, and bring at least four years of clinical experience plus regulatory/licensure exposure to drive safety, quality, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment is required.
• Minimum four years clinical experience preferred.
• Two years in a role with regulatory/hospital licensure/accreditation experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• The Director of Compliance provides clinical leadership for Infection Prevention/Control, Medical Staff Services, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, and Quality Management/Improvement.
• Integrates the hospital’s mission and Guiding Principles into daily practice.
