Job summary

• Maintain 24-hour responsibility for inpatient patient care functions, staffing, and fiscal guidelines.
• Foster a collaborative environment among physicians, staff, and patients focusing on quality and efficiency.
• Lead care delivery improvements and strengthen community behavioral health services.
