Memorial Health University Medical Center seeks an RN Director Cardiovascular Services to lead invasive and non-invasive cardiology programs. The role includes supervising staff, planning and coaching, and driving quality in a multi-program cardiovascular service line.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in cardiovascular services with 2+ years in leadership, RN licensure, and a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred. This is a senior leadership opportunity in Savannah, GA.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of work or able to obtain licensure prior to start.
• 5+ years of cardiovascular services experience with at least 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Invasive and Non-Invasive Cardiology and multiple cardiac programs.
• Provide supervisory leadership and coordinate department planning and coaching.
• Lead organization-wide efforts to ensure quality cardiovascular services.
• Direct and develop assigned personnel to maintain service excellence.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Director Cardiovascular Services will provide oversite to Invasive and Non-Invasive Cardiology and numerous Cardiac Programs. This is a supervisory/leadership opportunity and is responsible for the supervision of assigned personnel. The Director assumes the role as leader in planning, organizing, coaching, and facilitating his/her department functions to assure quality service is provided.

What qualifications you will need:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of work or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
• BLS required
• 5+ years of experience in cardiovascular services required; 2+ years of managerial leadership experience required
