Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff.
• Participate in individual planning and meetings.
• Provide Medication Administration training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with IAC 460-6, DDRS, BDS and CARF.
• Oversee care coordination and scheduling of supports.
