Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilizes Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate patient care with family and health-team members; document in medical records.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments; initiate emergency procedures.
• Coordinate daily patient assignments and monitor nursing care delivered by staff.
• Participate in teaching and discharge planning; contribute to patient education programs.
