Job summary

Complete Care at Middlebury is seeking an RN Registered Nurse for direct care roles on 3rd shift (full and part time) with opportunities for growth. PRN with experience also available, weekends included.

We provide skilled nursing care post-hospital discharge and long-term care, with a strong focus on therapy needs. Perks include tuition reimbursement, daily pay options, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within this state as a RN Registered Nurse.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
• Professionally & Clinically Skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, injectable.
• Treatments: wound care/prevention, pain management, dressings.
• Assessment & monitoring: health assessments, track changes, analyze data.
• Care planning: create, update, execute individualized care.
• Collaboration: strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others.
• Family & resident education: explain health status, changes and expectations for care.
• Documentation: maintain detailed health status records of care and progress.
• Team oversight: oversee and delegate to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
